The benefits of dance for children



The benefits of dance have long been demonstrated by science: it relaxes, increases creativity and even helps to overcome states such as pathological anxiety, depression and insomnia. But dance is also good in the growth phase, and not only for girls. A dance course can be a real revelation for boys too. Dancing involves the sense of rhythm, which is something ancestral, primitive. In short, dance reconnects us with our essence. And it helps shy children to stay in the world with confidence.


Enhance creativity - As with any other type of art form, dance starts from creativity and generates creative expressions.
