Dancing is very good for health at any age. Science says it

Dancing keeps our brains young because it is an activity in constant motion and full of changes. While we dance our mind is always busy, after every second it must already decide which step we need to take immediately afterwards. These choices would be the right antidote for the ageing of our brains, music will save health in our old age. According to the study published by the Massachusetts Medical Society thanks to the dance our brain is reac

tivated and manages to strengthen the neuronal connections according to our needs. There are many activities that help keep us young but dancing surpasses all of them, it is a hobby that increases our intellectual abilities by 76%.


We have always considered the activity of dancing as an excellent physical exercise, but according to some studies the training of the body can make work of the mind work in parallel. Dancing increases the levels of serotonin in our blood by improving our vital activities, as is well known it is also called the good mood hormone. Among the many benefits of dancing we also find the reduction of stress levels, very frequent in our hectic lives. The article published by the New England Journal of Medicine also illustrates the benefits we can derive from dancing at an intellectual level, also improving our abilities.


Dancing can protect us from many degenerative diseases that now affect a large part of the population, among these we find Alzheimer's and Parkison's disease, Huntington's disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
